Hr Operations Manager, Mining (On-Site, Roster 8-2)

As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Manages and handles end-to-end human resources function on site
• Ensuring quality and accuracy of documents within site area
• Managing highest level of operational excellence
• Maintaining strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including management, communities, and union
• Handling and managing negotiation and communication within site to ensure smooth delivery of policies

A successful candidate must possess:

• Previous experience within mining site
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Previous experience in family company and being a business partner to owner
• Proven track record in operational HR matter, including roster administration and GA needs
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record in handling union
• Willing to do 8-2 roster
