Responsibility / Main Jobs:
- Support management by developing, integrating, and implementing Company strategies that maximize employee and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversees the Development of Company Programs.
- Review of current development program to ensure linkage to Company goals.
- Analyzing organization structure, procedures, processes and the utilization of resources.
- Managing and Develop HR in area of Recruitment, PMS, Learning and Development, administration.
- Managing and Develop GA in area of Services, Maintenance Building and Asset Management.
- Managing and Develop Legal and Compliance in area of Industrial Relations, Permit and License, Build External Relationships.
- Managing and Develop HSE In area of Build HSE Culture and Awareness.
Job Qualification:
- Minimum 7 years (Supervisor Level).
- Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline, preferably in Law and HR Management.
- Certified of Human Resources (BNSP/Professional Consultant).
- Organization Assessment (Organization Culture, Type and Style).
- Demonstrated good communication skills, strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork, control function, and well-organized multitasking.
- Good in HR Analytic and good knowledge in updated regulation in Human Resources area & implementation.
- Building Strategic Working Relationships (as Partner / Consultant).

- 6 working days (Monday - Saturday).
- Willing to be placed in Makassar - South Sulawesi.
