Job Descriptions:
- Develop policies/procedures/standards for all activities related to assessment, and employee development to suit the organization's needs
- To support HR strategy in analyzing and providing services in the organizational structures, analyze manpower, competency, career planning ,performance indicator and operating procedures that suitable to organization's vision, mission and strategy
- Ensure that position mapping is entered into the HRIS system, and all registered positions have a job description
- Collect, analyze and coordinate Plan organization related statistics such as headcount development, employee movement to support succession
planning, recruitment and employee development programs. - Collaborate with the team in developing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau
Requirement:
- Maximum 26 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree, all majors preferably Psychology and HR Management
- Preferably with 2 year experience in same field
- Have comptency Job Description, Job Profile, Organization Chart, KPI Process
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skill and teamwork
- Good in English both Speaking and Writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powepoint and Visio)
- Familiarity working with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is strongly preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta
