• Design and develop performance management process & system that align to employee’s & business’ goal
• Design performance planning, KPI cascading mechanism, execute and facilitate KPI cascading process
• Analyze and monitoring the results and propose the key action plans for improvement
• Create and develop learning design/program (learning syllabus, methods, etc) based on learning needs analysis effectively and efficiently to ensure the objective for specific skill is achieved.
• Contribute to promoting and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• A bachelor's degree in Psychology will be a plus
• At least 1 years of experience in analyst and/or company culture is a must
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Passionate about beauty products and sales
