Role Description:
Persyaratan minimum:- Design and develop performance management process & system that align to employee’s & business’ goal
- Design performance planning, KPI cascading mechanism, execute and facilitate KPI cascading process
- Analyze and monitoring the results and propose the key action plans for improvement
- Create and develop learning design/program (learning syllabus, methods, etc) based on learning needs analysis effectively and efficiently to ensure the objective for specific skill is achieved.
- Contribute to promoting and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology will be a plus
- At least 1 years of experience in analyst and/or company culture is a must
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
