Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human resources policies include and not limited to transactional or administration policies and procedures, hire-to-retire, processes
- Develop standard organization nomeclature, layers, and titles of roles
- Ensure the availability of organization chart of each department
- Establish standard OM policies, include employee movement, promotion, demotion, and assignment
- Conduct proper job analysis, evaluation, and grading for roles in organization
- Establish robust process of compensation and benefit adminstration and execution
- Establish GRP’s pay structure and scale that reflect the competitiveness strategy of GRP
- Establish performance management system, processes, and execute annual performance review
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management
- Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with government, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Establish HRIS system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
- Having experience for 10 years as HR Senior Manager and dealing with operational HR matters within a complex & dynamic business context characterized by different cultures, management styles, systems and procedures
- Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-today execution of HR activities
- Experience in delivery of core HR services through end-to-end framework
- Experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating projects
- Fluent in English is a must
- Willing to working onsite in Cikarang Barat, Jawa Barat
