Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection process
- HR Administration - contracts preparations and etc
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Proven working experience as HR Manager for at least 3 years (in hotel, hospitality, real estate areas)
- Excellent in English (Verbal & Non-verbal) and Bahasa
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
- Office work located at Kuta
