Hr Specialist (Irga) - Manufacture - Bondowoso - Yearly Contract

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Food Manufacturing company in Bondowoso, who is looking for great talent to be placed as HR Specialist (IRGA)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
• Responsible for company legal documents & contract.
• Ensuring relation with internal & external stakeholder.

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's degree or Associate degree (D3/D4) from Legal, Psychology, or Human Resources major
• Have at least 3 years of experience in similar position
• Willing to work and based in Bondowoso, East Java
