Role Description
- Conduct end to end recruitment and selection process.
- Manage employee data base.
- Manage employee contract data and employee resignation process.
- Input employee attendance.
- Calculate, submit, and create reports for salary calculation.
- Manage annual leave data.
- Reporting to HR Manager any problems in the field.
- Create a conducive work environment.
- Maintain company and employee relations.
- Filing documents in an organized and systematic manner.
Qualifications
- Experience HR Staff (1-3 years)
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in the Mining equipment industry is a plus.
