Uraian Tugas

  • Work with the leadership team to develop and execute People Strategic, Total Rewards (Incl. Compensation & Benefit Strategy), and Performance Management based on different business stage.
  • Evaluate and maintain HR strategies and policies related to business & operational impact
  • Develop various HR initiatives to create positive employee experience through employee engagement, employer value proposition, employee experience, performance management, and other HR functions.
  • Regularly establish organization & employee pulse checking to iterate people strategy based on valuable business impact
  • Continuously upskill knowledge of best in class practices in human resources and talent management & development for Tech sector

Meminta

  • Min. 5+ years of experience as an HR Strategic Specialist
  • Experienced in Long Term People Strategy (3Y horizon), Total Rewards Strategy, Performance Management based on OKR, & Manpower Productivity Measurement (framework & execution level)
  • Preferably worked in prominent tech start-up company/multinational organizations (100 to 300 employees) and having exposure to global HR policies & practices
  • Familiar with Culture & Organization Transformation
