Min. 5+ years of experience as an HR Strategic Specialist
Experienced in Long Term People Strategy (3Y horizon), Total Rewards Strategy, Performance Management based on OKR, & Manpower Productivity Measurement (framework & execution level)
Preferably worked in prominent tech start-up company/multinational organizations (100 to 300 employees) and having exposure to global HR policies & practices
Familiar with Culture & Organization Transformation
