Hr Superintendent

Qualifications & experience

• Proven 10 year success of HR experience, particularly in people and organization development
• Excellent English for business communication and collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field, HR certification would be an advantage
• Ability to organize work in a self-directed manner while being a team member
• Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
• Extensive ethical knowledge and employment law

Tasks & responsibilities

• Business partnering with leadership team in order to grow people and organization
• Plan and hands-on execution on employee-industrial relations program to develop high performing company culture
• Plan and hands-on execution on people development program, including training-learning to ensure organization readiness fit for growth
• Implement Organization Vision Mission Values hence aligning people with the business
• Control other HR processes including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, C&B, payroll, industrial relations, and termination
