Qualifications & experience
- Proven 10 year success of HR experience, particularly in people and organization development
- Excellent English for business communication and collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field, HR certification would be an advantage
- Ability to organize work in a self-directed manner while being a team member
- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
- Extensive ethical knowledge and employment law
Tasks & responsibilities
- Business partnering with leadership team in order to grow people and organization
- Plan and hands-on execution on employee-industrial relations program to develop high performing company culture
- Plan and hands-on execution on people development program, including training-learning to ensure organization readiness fit for growth
- Implement Organization Vision Mission Values hence aligning people with the business
- Control other HR processes including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, C&B, payroll, industrial relations, and termination
