- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of experience in recruiter/talent acquisition or head hunter
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Commited and reliable
- Have good communication and cooperation skills
- Assertive, integrity, energetic, agile and thorough
- Must be fluent in English (able to speak Mandarin is an advantage)
- Enthusiastic, responsible, high self-efficacy and positive working attitude
- Helping the company attract candidates by promoting job opportunities through the use of social media, Jobfair, Campus Visit/Hiring, partnerships with stakeholder, BLK/Labour Departments and other tactics
- Conduct Psychotest, Interviewing and Screening applicants to determine whether they are qualified for a position
- Resolving applicants’ concerns or issues by providing them with information about the hiring process or referring them to someone else who can help them
- Reviewing resumes and cover letters to determine whether candidates meet qualifications for the position
- Conducting reference checks on candidates to ensure that they have good work ethics and experience for the job
- Participating in hiring decisions with the HR manager
- Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure that each step is completed on schedule
- Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates to evaluate their suitability for the job
- Recommending candidates for hiring based on their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with the company culture
- Willing to be located at Tarakan, North Kalimantan (no roster system)
