Create and build training system based on company goals

Plan and support the training implementation process

Carrying out training in accordance with specified methods and techniques

Providing analysis of training programs

Monitoring the entire training administration process

Plan and deliver the results of annual employee training

Evaluate the training that has been carried out

Conduct research on training

Requirements:

Minimum S1/experience in a similar field

Have Training Need Analysis (TNA) skill

Familiar with various training methods such as workshops, on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching

Have experience in designing and running training from scratch
