Plan and deliver the results of annual employee training
Evaluate the training that has been carried out
Conduct research on training
Requirements:
Minimum S1/experience in a similar field
Have Training Need Analysis (TNA) skill
Familiar with various training methods such as workshops, on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching
Have experience in designing and running training from scratch
