• Knowing how to create & deliver a training
• Fun and Adaptable
• Max 35 years old

Jobs Desk :

• Conducting employee recruitment process (job-posting, sorting, interview schedule, and prepare employee contract)
• Payroll management activities (checking employee attendance & bonus)
• Training & people development: Analyze, identify and arrange the training needs of the organization (training needs analysis) and its employees, oversee the training delivery process & evaluate results (training evaluation)
