Your Role: HRBP - Bandung

What You'll Be Doing:

• Translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the organisation.
• Design, monitor, and measure HR Metrics/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention.
• Utilise HR key metrics and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for HR interventions and process enhancements.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues throughout the employee life cycle
• Support workforce planning and define people strategy with the Senior Leadership team, by identifying, prioritising and developing organisational capabilities and behaviour to build a workforce that is future-ready
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and government regulations to ensure company compliance.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources. Proven experience in HR partnering and working closely with Business Leaders.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa.
• Possess subject matter expertise, e.g. local employment laws and practices, employee relations, compensation and benefits, etc
• Strong business knowledge and strategic mindset with an analytical rigour on people metrics to support business strategy
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
• Experience in working with regional teams in SEA would be a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources or a related field
