Responsibilities:
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Suggest new HR strategies
- Provide one-on-one coaching to employees at various levels
- Utilize a coaching model to support professional growth and skill development
Requirements:
- Candidate must process at least Bachelor's Degree of Human Resources or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as HR business partner or Generalist
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Willing to be located in Surabaya
