HRBP (HR Generalist)

Responsibilities:

• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Provide HR policy guidance
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals
• Suggest new HR strategies
• Provide one-on-one coaching to employees at various levels
• Utilize a coaching model to support professional growth and skill development

Requirements:

• Candidate must process at least Bachelor's Degree of Human Resources or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as HR business partner or Generalist
• Excellent people management skills
• Analytical and goal oriented
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
• Willing to be located in Surabaya
