The Opportunity:
As HRBP Ops, you will be part of the People Experience Team. You will play a crucial role in shaping and nurturing our organizational culture. You will be the key link between management and employees, contributing to the growth and success of the company through effective HR strategies and practices.
What You Will Do:
- Work together with the business leaders (on and off-site) in the related department.
- Initiate, implement and monitor HR processes and the execution of HR programs (Manpower plan, recruitment coordination, learning and development activities, organization development and changes, etc.)
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the other HR functions to develop solutions, programs and initiatives.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, and also manage the industrial relations issues, employee’s grievance and disciplines, reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Together with the legal department as needed/required.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide initiatives and improvement for current and new HR/company’s policies, processes, and program.
- Work closely with the L & D department for people development program and implementation.
- Provide periodic reports/statistics on assigned tasks and projects within the scope of work.
