HRD DIRECTOR

Key Responsibilities:1. Developing Succession Plan Strategy: Work closely with the Recruitment Division to create a talent pipeline that aligns with the company's long-term goals

2. Enhancing Employee Engagement: Conduct annual employee surveys to gather feedback and insights, driving continuous improvements

3. Employer of Choice: Implement strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer that values its workforce

4. Accommodating New Business Development: Formulate HR strategies to accommodate new business development pillars, including decisions on salary structure. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure HR practices support.

5. Strengthening Corporate Governance: Implement measures to strengthen corporate governance, emphasizing a humanized approach. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements in all HR practices.

6. Performance Management: Design and implement performance metrics and KPI to measure and enhance employee productivity and development

7. Overseeing HR Operations: Manage, lead, and provide guidance to HR teams, including employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development

Key Requirements:1. Proven experience as an HR leader with a great track record. (Having an experience in outsourcing company would be a plus)

2. In-depth knowledge of performance management methodologies and best practices

3. Strong understanding of labor law and regulation

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization

5. Willing to go extra miles for plan execution

6. Outgoing pleasant personality, possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence.

7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, able to set direction, motivate and lead the team

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
