Responsibilities:
- To assist the HRGA Team on daily general administrative process.
- To be actively involved and assist in the recruiting and onboarding of new employee process.
- To assist in administrative process for expatriate formalities and visa matter.
- To assist in employee benefit program administration.
- To assist in maintaining company’s data record related with employee.
- Responsible for document filling and organizing.
- Transportation and Accommodation arrangement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience from relevant field.
- Must have basic knowledge of a recruitment process.
- Having knowledge and familiarity with HR Policies and Labor law is a plus.
- Must have basic MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word).
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Keen attention to detail, must have strong willingness to learn.
- Multi-tasking orientation and able to handle variative jobs.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Having good interpersonal skills, professional manners, consistent, and initiative.
