Planned, developed, and implemented HRGA strategy in line with the company’s overall strategy and business plan.
Have ability in Job Analysis, Workload Analysis, Work Competence, performance management, compensation & benefits, and Training Management.
Have the ability to set up Employee Performance and Key Performance Indicators.
Develop and implement an employee performance evaluation plan.
Provide hands-on support to all Business Unit leaders on Human Resources & General Affairs Aspects.
Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to strengthen employee relationships with the company.
Suggest New HRGA Ideas & Strategies
Responsible in terms of payroll, recruitment, employee data, job descriptions, employee benefits, and all HRGA Activities.
Ensuring all of the company assets good maintained & recorded.
