Job Description:
HR Development
- To recruit and retain excellent employees.
- To develop employees through training/education program based on talent management.
- To establish and improve Mission Training/YWK (Kaizen) locally and globally.
HR Management
- To establish HR strategy in line with Company’s business objective.
- To establish consistent HR policies, regulations and procedures that are aligned with the Company’s core values to maximize consistency and efficiency at each organizational level.
- To develop solid organization based on suitable job skill on each position.
- To oversee the review and recommendation of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits for employees through compensation analysis.
- To manage monthly payroll.
- To manage Performance Management / assessment system.
- To manage good relationships with labor unions and labor office with regard to labor relation matters.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and time management skills with the ability to build rapport with all levels within the Company.
- Be cost conscious and aware of personal contribution to Company’s profitability.
General Affairs
- To manage maintenance of fixed assets/facility.
- To manage Government’s environmental performance rating (proper), Koperasi, local community and other officials.
- To manage work safety and health.
- To manage security of the Company’s assets and premises.
- To manage and review of authorization chart in line with the growth of organization.
- To manage the procurement of non-manufacturing items and services.
- To manage IT section related to IT infrastructure and applications.
Risk Management
- To manage risk management activities: Legal affairs (law & regulations, business licenses, compliance) and Business sustainability (dealer/supplier risk, disaster, foreign risk, etc.)
Team Management
- Responsible for supervising, coaching and providing guidelines to personnel supervisor and staff
- Responsible for update personal data of staff and above on the prevailing HR data system
- Evaluate the performance of the subordinate. Document and discuss present and past performance in accordance to the company’s performance management system
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, or in relevant fields
- Minimum of 10-years human resource in all Human Resources functions
- Minimum 5-years’ experience in a HR managerial position role at multinational company within Indonesia
- Experience and knowledge of HR policies, Labor Law, and practices in Indonesia
- Experience as team leader of successful negotiation with Labor Union
- Experience in establishing/modifying HR policies in Indonesia
- Experience in establishing/deploying training and development programs for high potentials
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- Prior experience in Manufacturing or Machinery Industry will be an added advantage
