Requirements :
- Handle industrial relations with the government, employee relations and labor union
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.), creating relations of trust.
- Assistance to HR/GA Manager for personnel administration such as maintain database, employee contract agreement, invoicing related HR Dept etc
- Manage and taking care of legal and license documents related to factory, such as certification coordination, building , K3, etc.
- Taking care of factory facility, factory assets , maintenance, office supplies, canteen, parking area etc
- Promote HR and Company programs to develop an efficient and engaging workplace.
- Manage and supervise all HR regulations
Requirements :
- Possess Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Possess working experiences minimum 3 years as HRGA Supervisor preferable from Manufacturing Company
- Have a good knowledge in Labor Laws (UU No.13 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan UU No.11 2021 Cipta Kerja)
- Have good knowledge of Ms.Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint), Google tools, etc
- Strong Analytical Skills, Social Skills, and Theoretical Knowledge
- Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with excellent follow-up and reporting skills
- Experiences in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in presentation
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic situation
- Willing to work in Karawang
