Uraian Tugas

Job Description:
  • Manage HR activities.
  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Training, counseling, and coaching employees.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  • Managing legal documents and permits
  • Having knowledge of Indonesian labour law and its application in work environment
  • Managing company assets and facility management
  • Control ISO activity
Requirements:
  • Education background from relevant studies, such as Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, et cetera.
  • Minimum 5 years in HR GA division, preferably from manufacturing company
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • In charge of Industrial Relations-related activity in current or previous company
  • Ability to communicate with all kinds of stakeholders
  • Has AK3 Umum certificate or BNSP certificate is advantageous
  • Having knowledge in ISO
