- Manage HR activities.
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Training, counseling, and coaching employees.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Managing legal documents and permits
- Having knowledge of Indonesian labour law and its application in work environment
- Managing company assets and facility management
- Control ISO activity
- Education background from relevant studies, such as Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, et cetera.
- Minimum 5 years in HR GA division, preferably from manufacturing company
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- In charge of Industrial Relations-related activity in current or previous company
- Ability to communicate with all kinds of stakeholders
- Has AK3 Umum certificate or BNSP certificate is advantageous
- Having knowledge in ISO
