This company is joint venture between Japanese and local company engaged in FMCG industry located in Tangerang.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree graduates
- Fluency in Japanese and holds JLPT N2/JLPT N3 (Mandatory)
- Having experience handling new company (Japanese or MNC) establishment. (Mandatory)
- Experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese company is a plus
- Experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations support
Tasks & responsibilities
- Handle document control for company establishment
- Handle accounting & tax issue (using consultant)
- Handle permission from the Ministry of Agriculture & Ministry of Health if having experience in these procedures will be welcomed!
- Responsible for providing HR and general affairs support includes recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, and general employee relations support, etc.
- Responsible for communicating with Japanese clients and headquarters in Japanese language.
