Recruiting new staff
Approving job description and advertisements
Managing pensions and benefits administration
Monitoring staff performance and attendance
Advising line directors and managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions and redundancy packages with staff and trade union representatives
Responsible for monthly absenteeism report, annual leave report and overtime report
Responsible to maintain expatriate documentations (New/renewal KITAS, IMTA and other working permit)
Responsible to renewal company legalize documentations (TDP, IUT, domicile etc)
Reviewing renewal of company policy and company guideline
Responsible for preparing the supporting documents of employee termination
Managing/Reviewing Annual Medical Check up for all local staff
Responsible for office facility management (Purchasing, renovation, relocation, maintenance)
Controlling/Managing company vehicles (Insurance, Maintenance, Renewal of vehicle license)
Arranging the travel arrangement for expatriate. local staff and /or guests
Looking after the health, safety and welfare f all employees
Helping planning internal events with other administration staff
