- Coordinate and supervise HR Coordinator
- Create and implementing manpowerplan, talent mapping, design thinking plan related to HR&GA
- Analyze costing related to HR&GA such as manpower cost and asset cost.
- Formulate strategies related to HR&GA
- Create Training Need Analysis and conduct training according to needs
- Improve, formulate, and propose every HR&GA administrative process in accordance with Law No 13 Th 2003 and UU 6 /2023
- Mediating business, company and worker interests
- As a counselor to the employee
- Represent the company in matters related to business (external)
- Prepare monthly and yearly reports
- Validate reports- both HR and GA reports
- Formulate, propose, and implement Lean and Change Management concepts within the company.
- Sanctioning and terminating employees in accordance with regulations.
General Affairs:
- Ensure all licenses are up to date
- Ensure asset management is appropriate and appropriate
- Prepare monthly reports as General Affair accountability
- Managing licensing through OSS
- Apply for necessary licenses related to company activities
