Job Description and Responsibility:
1. Handling HR Admin matter such as : maintain annual leave record of all staff (Jakarta and Site Office), maintain and monitor number letter issued by human resources, and others.
2. Support HR Manager for recruitment process such as : posting and sharing the vacancy, arrange interview.
3. Support HR Manager for internal & external audit matter.
4. Maintain and monitor GA activities such as : expatriate permits &
accommodation, maintain stationary use and Office Boy activities in daily, weekly and monthly and others.
5. Support project GA matter such as: tax number registration for new member
especially for expatriate’s member at Site Project.
6. Support HR Manager to review and report any required legal matter and proceed license obtaining as well as maintain it’s validity
7. Filling and handling HRGA documents.
Qualifications
- Educational background: minimum Bachelor Degree from Law major (mandatory)
- Good integrity, discipline, honest, adaptable, reliable and team work
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of similar position
- Having basic knowledge and exposure of HRGA, legal, audit and license
- Computer Literate: MS Office, Internet and other relevant software
- Mandatory Having English business level
- Good communication and multitasking
