To be placed at at Kuala Kencana, Papua.
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct analysis of Man Power Planning needs every year.
- Review the selection process in obtaining candidates that suit the company's needs through collaboration with relevant departments in the HO and/or area.
- Ensure and analyze job descriptions of all positions in Areas and Branches
- Review the organizational structure of areas and branches according to needs.
- Ensure that training activities in Areas and Branches run every month and are in accordance with the annual development plan.
- Develop training modules to suit organizational goals.
- Monitor the company regulations that are implemented so that they do not conflict with Indonesian labor regulations
- Carry out SOPs and policies from HR, GA & SHE Center (HO) regarding Benefit services and employee personal data.
- Handling General Affairs (GA) in providing all goods and services needed by Areas and Branches to support operational and non-operational activities in Area operations and branches.
- Coordination of all SHE activities in areas and branches
- Collect data on work safety reports (K3) per month
- Carry out SM K3L inspections in the company work area
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management or related field
- Having a work experience in HR area/site role, payroll (BPJS, overtime employee), recruitment, training, industrial relation and organization development.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the same field
- Familiar with BPJS TK & Kesehatan, making monthly Report, and company polices.
- Familiar with MS Office system, SAP
- Excellent communicator and can work well with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skill, able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical skill, active, can socialize, and easy going.
- Highly organized and able to work with a tight schedule.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
