HRGA STAFF

Job Description

• Oversees and optimize daily workflow in the HR
• Handling administrative duties within HR
• Handling the general affairs matters
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Maintaining and taking actions in relation to industrial and government relations
• Ensure regulatory compliance with labor law

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably law, psychology, or management major
• Minimum 2 years' experience in end-to-end HR function
• Experienced in handling general affairs function
• Strong understanding of employment law and asset maintenance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
