Job Descriptions: :
Handling "day to day" activities of HR & GA, including making improvement on below spectrums/ tasks :
- Recording all the employment contracts, and controlling for any expired contract and or extension contract, which is directed by Head Office in Jakarta
- Make an improvement by accomplishing integrated data of the Employee Database/ Employee Historical
- Coordinate with HR & GA Head Office for all the Termination, Adoptions, Recruiting, Salary Payment & process, and indiscipline issue regarding to Employee obidience
- Maintaining External & Internal Communication and Coordination to create condusive atmosphere of work
- Reporting to HR & GA Manager, for all the issue related to HR & GA, including to Recruitment/ Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, and Development
Requirements :
- Maximum age is 30 years old.
- S1 in any major.
- Experienced handle Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, and also comprehend PP No. 35 years 2021, especially for Industrial Relations issues, ability to counter critical issue regarding to Industrial Contract/ Status, and other human resource activities (HR Generalist).
- Experienced handle all activities General Affair minimum 1 years.
- Can join As soon as possible.
