Responsibility:

- Monitor the recruitment and talent management process (including career development), payroll process (including compensation & benefits), training / people development / learning development, organization development, industrial relations, performance appraisal / performance management, and general affairs
- Build organizational structure system, job analysis, job description, job specification, job evaluation, KPI, SOP, and work instruction
- Building HRIS system
- Mentoring employee relations (including employee gathering), reviewing the reward and punishment system, reviewing employee employment agreements, and company regulations
- Performing all HR functions and reporting to the manager periodically
Qualification:
- At least 28-35 y.o
- At least S1, majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Industrial Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in the same profession
- Proficient in psychological test tools, Labor Law, TNA, and HRIS
- Have a relationship with government agencies
- Have a personality that likes to socialize and is able to communicate with internal and external parties
- Accustomed to high work targets
