Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build new module of HRIS System
- Improve existing modules of HRIS System
- Gather user requirements and coordinate with related users for new project development
- Create project scope, business process and mockup system based on user discussion and submit it to IT Team
- Act as project coordinator and bridging between IT team and HR User
- Minimum education of Bachelors degree from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
- Minimun 2 years of experience as HR Specialist/ consultant
- Strong data analytics skill and ability to operate SQL based system
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving and communication Skills
