Hris And Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build new module of HRIS System
• Improve existing modules of HRIS System
• Gather user requirements and coordinate with related users for new project development
• Create project scope, business process and mockup system based on user discussion and submit it to IT Team
• Act as project coordinator and bridging between IT team and HR User
  

• Minimum education of Bachelors degree from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
• Minimun 2 years of experience as HR Specialist/ consultant
• Strong data analytics skill and ability to operate SQL based system
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and communication Skills
