Hris Consultant

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for functional support of HR system implementation
• Define and documenting detail functional business requirements
• Identify potential solutions and provide input to issues or risks
• Maintain and support client's needs includes technical advice, creating reports, data analysis and functional improvements.
• Plan projects and work within timeline schedules
• Act as a strategic partner for clients

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Information System, Computer Science/Information Technology (GPA ≥ 3.00)
• Able to work individually and as a team player
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Strong ability in analytical thinking and good problem solving skills
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

• Will be working at Tokopedia Care Tower, Komplek Ciputra International, West Jakarta.
