Job Description:
- Plan, design, develop, and maintain HRIS integrations, apps, dashboards, and reporting across all HRIS modules
- Provide training for new user and refreshment training
- Create user accounts and manage access permission
- Maintaining databases, analyzing data, ensuring data integrity, and running queries
- Handle troubleshooting experienced by users
- Preparing manpower reports to support management decision
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Have experience with HRIS implementation
- Able to keep up with innovation and trends in HRIS Administration
- Familiar with any HRIS modules
- Good command in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail with focus on accurate and timely results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
