HRIS Executive

Job Description:

• Plan, design, develop, and maintain HRIS integrations, apps, dashboards, and reporting across all HRIS modules
• Provide training for new user and refreshment training
• Create user accounts and manage access permission
• Maintaining databases, analyzing data, ensuring data integrity, and running queries
• Handle troubleshooting experienced by users
• Preparing manpower reports to support management decision

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Have experience with HRIS implementation
• Able to keep up with innovation and trends in HRIS Administration
• Familiar with any HRIS modules
• Good command in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail with focus on accurate and timely results
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
