Hris Manager

PT Astari Niagara Internasional are looking for HRIS Manager, which will be located in Alam Sutera, Tangerang :

Responsibilities :

• Serves as Subject Matter Expert in manage and oversee organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS), maintain internal database files and develop custom reports & analysis tools while ensuring organization has the systems it requires to ensure the HR division’s operational efficiency. 
• Translate HR objectives and stakeholders needs into clearly written technical requirements reflect in designing user-friendly business processes, guidelines, and documentation refer to New HRIS implementation.
• Oversee the daily operation of HR Information Systems Oversees and maintains internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security.

Qualifications

• S1 / Bachelor Degree in any Major
• Minimum 10+  years experience in HRIS for Manufacturing company with at last 3 years as HRIS Manager, 
• Significant experience in implementing from the scratch & maintain end to end HRIS in the manufacturing/retail companies with multi sites at different locations with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product (Sunfish, Pro-int, etc)
• Understand various HR business process implementation including but not limited to Man Power Planning to Recruitment & On-boarding, Personnel Administration, Time & Attendance, Organization Management, Payroll, Performance Management, L&D.
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera - Tangerang
