Qualification
- Experience in operating, process system, and create user access settings in HRIS (Sunfish is preferrable)
- Good communication in English
- Able to maintain relationship and communicate with vendor and employees
- Monitor and manage the cost for HRIS including improvement of HRIS
- Ability to analyze the employees database to provide information for the user
- 26 - 33 year old
Scope of responsibilities/job description:
- Prepare and manage employee master database to ensure the accuracy and completeness
- Review and approve the employees’ request in HRIS based on Company Regulations and internal policies & procedures (attendance, overtime, leave, business trips, etc.)
- Provide improvement ideas to optimize the utilization of HRIS
- Manage system and user access settings within HRIS to ensure the confidentiality of employee personal data is safe and secure
- Analyze employee database, attendance, overtime, leave, and business trips to provide information to the user
Experience Requirements:
- Over than 3 years’ experience as HRIS Staff/ Supervisor
- Experience in Manufacturing (assembly) company, Electronic or Automotive (Japanese company is preferrable)
Skills/competency:
- Able to use HRIS (Sunfish)
- Good communication
- Able to coordinate and collaborate with other department
