Uraian Tugas

Qualification

  • Experience in operating, process system, and create user access settings in HRIS (Sunfish is preferrable)
  • Good communication in English
  • Able to maintain relationship and communicate with vendor and employees
  • Monitor and manage the cost for HRIS including improvement of HRIS
  • Ability to analyze the employees database to provide information for the user
  • 26 - 33 year old

Scope of responsibilities/job description:

  • Prepare and manage employee master database to ensure the accuracy and completeness
  • Review and approve the employees’ request in HRIS based on Company Regulations and internal policies & procedures (attendance, overtime, leave, business trips, etc.)
  • Provide improvement ideas to optimize the utilization of HRIS
  • Manage system and user access settings within HRIS to ensure the confidentiality of employee personal data is safe and secure
  • Analyze employee database, attendance, overtime, leave, and business trips to provide information to the user

Experience Requirements:

  • Over than 3 years’ experience as HRIS Staff/ Supervisor
  • Experience in Manufacturing (assembly) company, Electronic or Automotive (Japanese company is preferrable)

Skills/competency:

  • Able to use HRIS (Sunfish)
  • Good communication
  • Able to coordinate and collaborate with other department
