HSE Officer

Rinjani Bay seeks an proactive HSE Officer who possesses with strong communication and collaboration skills. The position will be based in Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat. 

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

• Conduct regular audits to assess and uphold project compliance with HSE policies and pertinent government regulations. 
• Identify potential hazards, risks, and unsafe conditions within the project premises, and offer actionable recommendations for rectification. 
• Deliver comprehensive HSE training for new hires and ongoing refresher courses for existing staff. 
• Develop, monitor, and refine work safety protocols along with emergency response strategies. 
• Investigate incidents, including accidents, and compile detailed incident reports. Collaborate with management to ensure HSE requirements are met during maintenance or specialized operations. 
• Implement appropriate signage and precautionary measures to minimize the likelihood of accidents and injuries. 
• Perform routine inspections of safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, personal protective gear (PPE), and electrical apparatus.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction safety.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related field.
• Possession of a K3 Construction Certificate or K3 General Certificate.
• Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in record-keeping, capable of maintaining thorough documentation of all safety-related activities.
• Comprehensive understanding of company project work.
