HSE-SPV/FOREMAN (Health Safety & Environment)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to enforce Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policy in ensuring safe operation and maintenance
• Conduct road construction management activities daily – routine using Beton and Asphalt. 
• Start the day with P5M tool bob meeting. Allocation of Job, be alert at site. 
• Active on Traffic Management, Rambu-2, Safety man Flag management, Limbah B3 and Non-B3, dust control 
• Housekeeping, APAR Checking, refilling and Firefighting etc. 
• Health check, controlling P3K, Emergency response, Safety performance, Man hours reporting, accident reporting.
• Inventory control –Ramb Rambu Barricade. Tower Lamp,  use of APD 
• Checking P2H with operator, smooth running and proper maintenance schedule to ensure to avoid break down.
• Manage administrative and reporting duties within at site & HO daily. Monthly 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE 

• S1/D3 Health and Safety (K3) or Civil construction 
• Holding AK3 / K3 Construction 
• Having 3-4 work experience  in road construction/infrastructure/Toll Road. 
• Preferred candidate from Central Jawa – Pemalang – Batang or Pekalongan and  Semarang.
