Job Description

- Ensure and evaluate the use of the HSSE Code in accordance with applicable national and international standards and legislation.

- Provide guidelines/guidance to ensure work in the field is in accordance with the approved HSSE Management System and in accordance with the Code, applicable standards and in accordance with HSSE laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with the Head of HSSE in monitoring and implementing the HSSE Plan and achieving HSSE / KPI targets.

- Ensure that the performance of all Departments and Subcontractors meets HSSE expectations or targets.

- Provide HSSE Induction to New Employees / Clients / Vendors.

- Ensure that all operational activities are risk assessed and maintain risks at the As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) level.

- Play an active role in HSSE activities such as: HAZARD. SIMOPS, JSA, etc.

- Coordinate with the Head of HSSE to ensure all incidents are reported on time, conduct incident investigations, collect investigation documents until the final report.

- Ensure the HSSE Action Tracking Register Fab. Shop database and ensure that all activities are followed up.

- Carry out inspections and maintain HSSE Critical Equipment such as calibrating gas detectors, SCBA, etc. according to the schedule determined by the Fabrication Shop.

Requirements

- Male, max 35 years

- Minimum Diploma Degree

- Have min. 3 years experiences as HSSE Advisor/HSSE Officer

- Have a general AK3/ Oil & Gas AK3/ Construction AK3 Certificate

- Having Certificate of First Aider

- Preferably experience in the field of Fabrication & Construction

- Have knowledge and understanding of MS Office
