Human Capital & General Affair Officer

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management.
• Maximum age of applicants is 35 years
• Minimum of 1 years experience in Human Capital areas.
• Willing to be placed in Palembang.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and validate employee absences, approve or reject employee leave, and carry out corrective actions such as coaching and counseling for employees who have problems with absenteeism.
• Payroll accuracy: ensure that the calculation of monthly salaries, weekly wages, overtime, and their components is correct and accurate.
• Benefits: records registration and termination of Jamsostek/BPJS. Process medical claims from employees and other benefit components.
• Monitor the implementation of employee contracts and manage employee databases (employee personal data, promotion data, transfers, demotions, terminations, SP data, and other supporting data).
• Disseminate information regarding company regulations and other information. This can be done by writing communication letters, warning letters, and so on.
• Coordinate the provision of personnel data, such as absenteeism, turnover, work accident rates, etc.
• Monitoring the fulfillment of goods/services needs starting from the process of making PO (Purchase Order), PR (Purchase Request) to GR (Good Receive) running in accordance with applicable company procedures so as to support the smooth operation of the Company for HO and branches.
• Search for vendors and carry out negotiations, to ensure procurement from trusted vendors with the best prices and services.
• Prepare contracts/agreements or other legal documents to ensure the fulfillment of legal aspects in the procurement process for HO and branches.
• Ensure the completeness of purchasing administration for payment processing needs so as to support the smooth running of company operations for HO and branches.
