Human Capital Management System Intern (Paid Internship)

Job Description:

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of the HCM system.
• Support data migration and system integration efforts.
• Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Assist in the creation of user manuals and training materials.
• Provide support to HR team members and employees in system usage.
• Participate in HR projects as needed.

Job Requirement:

• At least Bachelor's Degree in System Information, Computer Science, or related degree
• Basic understanding of HR processes and data.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Hard working and pays close attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work full-time within 6 month of internship period
• Able to work onsite in Karawaci, Tangerang
