Job Summary

Overseeing all Human Capital spectrum. You will play a key role in recruiting, training, developing, and retaining talent to support the company's goals and objectives. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Area of Responsibility

  • Provide Business Partnering Service to Senior Leaders & Board Members
  • Develop organization strategies by establishing HR objectives that align with Organizational objectives
  • Provide guidances, insight, information, initiatives and support to Senior Leadership, BoD, Line Managers and Employees on HR policies and procedure, and primary point of contact for employee relations issues
  • Lead of special projects and communicate and direct on strategy and implementations.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner
  • Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement and morale.
  • Overseeing the Talent Strategy Practices
  • Manage the Performance Management process and facilitate improvement of Performance Management Systems and Training Process.
  • Champion a performance culture and continuously review productivity and employee development making recommendations for improvements
  • Manage and direct the recruitment plan to select, hire and assign the best qualified staff and ensure the competitiveness of Employee Branding in the market.
  • Provide Effectiveness on the People Process
  • Control the HR budget and report on current and future staffing cost and initiatives
  • Update and review HR policies, procedures and guidelines to enforce organization’s values
  • Oversee complex relations issues such as grievance and disciplinary cases and manage difficult cases.
  • Managing the department budget and overall headcount budget across the company
  • Champion the Culture & Engagement Process
  • Lead development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans and initiatives
  • Contributes to the enhancement of the work environment quality within the Company by advising and leading the implementation of various programs services.
  • Monitoring HR Metrics
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute HR related reports as needed.
  • Creating and implementing HR Policies and ensure its comply with regulations
  • Analyze HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention and employee’s cost or budget
  • Provide Continuous Improvement on People Process
  • Translate key data into an effective and commercially focused HR and people strategy, working with senior management and influencing them on the best course of action
  • Reviews and analyzes data to evaluate the effectiveness of existing HR processes and recommends improvements or actions as appropriate
