Requirements :
- 3 - 5 years of HR Manager experience, ideally from a multinational company & hightech company.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management / Law.
- End-to-end HR management. Someone coming in from an existing generalist/Business Partner or Org Development type role will be ideal
- Strong Business Partner mindset, good commercial appreciation and strengths in employee engagement, talent, and culture development
- Core HR competencies in C&B (job evaluation, salary planning), recruitment, IR, Performance Mgmt., Talent Development/ Planning and Org Health action planning.
- Planning and optimization of Organization Development & Talent Management and CoE (e.g. evaluation, training, employee engagement)
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Great communicator, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with people from all cultural backgrounds and be a trusted advisor to the business.
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS)
