Job Description: 

• Provide administration support for organizational change management
• Conducting assessment and refreshment on job structure and description
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects related to organizational development

Requirements: 

• Min 7th semester from Industrial Engineering, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to work minimum 4 days a week
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in team environment
