Job requirement
- Age below 40
- At least 5 years of HR management experience, including 2 years of management experience
- Mandarin proficiency: Spoken language is a must
- Good communication, leadership, influence and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Knowledge and deep understanding of all HR functions: recruitment, OD, compensation and benefits, training, staff and industrial relations, etc
- Deep understanding of labor laws and derivatives policies and regulations
Job responsibilities
- Establish and improve the HUMAN RESOURCE management system to provide HUMAN RESOURCE information support for the company's major decisions;
- Develop recruitment plans and maintain channels;
- Improve the company's staff management rules and regulations, deal with the company's labor disputes and disputes;
- Understand the local salary level, formulate salary adjustment strategy, complete the salary accounting and payment on time.
