Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Psychology/ Human Resources Management, Law, etc. (Master Degree is preferable)
- Hospital experience with knowledge of hospital accreditation / renewal, training, recruitment & HR related work
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems Interest and experience in data analysis and reporting
- Effective written and verbal communication skills is a must
- Analytical and logical thinking, ability to multi-task, take complete ownership of tasks
Job Description :
- Monitor data updates and employment changes in the HR databases (HCM), prepare reports and share the analysis with stakeholders and provide system administration
- Prepare and drive the communication plan for the year and manage HR communications
- Document and maintain the company policy handbook and system user guides
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to bring in HR Process Automation
- Support to conduct employee engagement activities
- Manage HR data on the Intranet share point page accurately
- Maintain statutory compliances and support with audits
- Drive the online Performance Management Process and provide system administration
- Drive the Rewards and Recognition program and look after the distribution and repository
- Support to plan the Service Award Function
