As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a vital role in leading the HR functions, specifically recruitment. You also will be responsible for developing and implementing HR-related matters that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

More specifically you will:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify workforce needs and create workforce plans/manpower planning.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with other HR projects or scope.
• Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work hybrid in BSD, Tangerang area
