Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conducting end to end employee recruitment process (job posting, sorting, scheduling interviews);
- Responsible for all hr administration activities: (employee data base, number of employees, turn over, monthly report);
- Managing bpjs ketenagakerjaan (sipp), bpjs kesehatan (edabu) including employee registration and all related activities;
- Record attendance, overtime, permits, sickness or leave of employees to support the payroll process;
- Industrial relation (conduct disciplinary action against employees who violate company regulations or policies, etc);
- Develop and execute company culture program;
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR Management or Law, from reputable university (Min. GPA 3.00);
- Have a minimum of 3 years experiences as HR Generalist;
- Good knowledge of Mass Recruitment;
- Have good relationship skills, communication, good negotiation skills, good integrity, good a alytical, persistent, well-organized and have strong interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Able to communicate in English;
- Have good skills in using Ms. Office (excel, power point & word);
