Position:Human Resources Intern
Role Description:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team in Jambu, Bali. This role is ideal for a university student passionate about growing companies, remote work, AI, impact, and engineering. As part of the HR team, you will play a crucial role in managing our staff and internship programs, ensuring an enriching experience for all participants and contributing to building one of the world’s best internship programs focused on remote work and the Southeast Asian markets.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing and coordinating our internship programs, ensuring a seamless and productive experience for interns.
• Support the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Actively work on enhancing our remote work policies and practices to meet the needs of our diverse and global team.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.
• Help in the development and implementation of strategies aimed at making eXventure Inc. an employer of choice, especially for those interested in AI, engineering, and impact projects.
Who We Are Looking For:
• Current university students with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• A keen interest in the fields of remote work, AI, impact ventures, and engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A collaborative mindset, with a passion for working in a diverse and changing environment.
