Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Operations Team (primarily Housekeeping and Front Office) as an Operations Supervisor.
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping and Front Office Departments. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc. Minimum of 1-year hotel experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Housekeeping daily tasks to include but not limited to:
- Check and Inspect guest rooms
- Provide feedback to staff and manager on regular basis
- Coordinate ongoing projects such as deep clean, carpet shampoo, machine maintenance
- Assign daily housekeeping assignments
- Inventory, restock supply closets
- Guest follow up & resolution
Additional items include
- Computer skills including HotSOS and Opera
- Phone skills for use with both guests and co workers
- Able to comfortable and frequently lift or pull 50 lbs
- Assistance and exposure to the F&B/Buffett Operation
